1.2 If at the time of purchase, a free holiday voucher is included in the offer, this voucher will be emailed to the participant after the refund period has closed.

1.3 The participant's contribution or involvement in the program is not mandatory, however, it is highly recommended to get the most out of the program.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality:

2.1 Impactful Solutions respects the privacy of the participant and, in turn, requires the participant to respect the privacy of all other participants in the Elite Impact Accelerator program.

2.2 The participant agrees:

Not to infringe on any intellectual property rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret, belonging to Impactful Solutions or other participants. Not to disclose confidential information shared by participants or representatives of Impactful Solutions to any other person. That all materials and information provided by Impactful Solutions are confidential and proprietary, belonging solely to Impactful Solutions. Not to share login details, as doing so may result in the cancellation of the participant's enrollment.

3. Content:

3.1 The Elite Impact Accelerator program is intended for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice. The participant should seek guidance from qualified professionals for specific advice.

3.2 All program materials and content are for individual use only and may not be shared, sold, recorded, or disseminated without the express written consent of Impactful Solutions.

3.3 The participant is responsible for ensuring their computer and internet service meet the program's minimum requirements.

4. Refund Policy:

4.1 The participant is entitled to a refund if the participant did not achieve the outcomes promised based on the program's guidelines, subject to the following conditions:

The participant has identified outcomes that are in line with the program's guidelines. The participant has completed all the program requirements. The participant must apply for a refund in writing within 14 days from the program's commencement date, specifically between the 8th and 21st of January. The refund request must be sent to admin@impactfulsolutions.com.au.

4.2 The participant understands that if they do not contact Impactful Solutions within the specified 14-day period, they may forfeit the opportunity for a refund.

5. Cancellation and Pausing:

5.1 By signing up for this program, the participant acknowledges that the program is non-cancellable, non-terminable, and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

In the event of illness impacting the participant or other extenuating circumstances impacting the participant. The participant must apply in writing within 48 hours of the commencement of the above event to Impactful Solutions, detailing the circumstances and providing appropriate evidence for consideration by the Directors.

5.2 The participant understands that if they do not contact Impactful Solutions within 48 hours of the commencement of the above event, they may forfeit the opportunity to pause or extend the program.

6. Course Access:

7. Community Guidelines: By joining the Elite Impact Accelerator Program community, the participant agrees to the following community guidelines and policies:

7.1 This is a support group for paid members of the Elite Impact Accelerator Program to go through the program together and share their successes. Community guidelines include:

Being kind, supportive, and inclusive. Keeping discussions related to the program. No self-promotion or solicitations.

7.2 Impactful Solutions reserves the right to delete or mute posts that do not adhere to these guidelines.

8. Guarantee and Refund Policy:

In addition to the refund policy information, the participant is not entitled to a refund if they are removed from the community group for breaching the rules or for default payments. The participant releases Impactful Solutions from any responsibility for the content posted by other members.
