Meet Kylie – Founder and Director

Hi, I’m Kylie, the Founder and Director of Impactful Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in disability support, developmental education, and behaviour support, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and their families to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

As a registered Developmental Educator and Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner, I bring a unique and comprehensive perspective to my work. My dual qualifications allow me to address behaviours of concern, reduce and eliminate restrictive practices while fostering the skills and confidence needed to enhance independence and relationships.

I am also a proud board member of Developmental Educators Australia Incorporated (DEAI), where I advocate for best practices and the ongoing advancement of developmental education.
